Blastyle moved to Wordpress
Hello again after a longer break.
I’m in the middle of moving my whole blog to Wordpress. I made it because of Blogger’s decision about stopping support for blogs published via FTP. Well, at first I was angry at them because I was afraid to lose all my posts and stuff.
But now I see that there are plenty of advantages that my blog would gain after moving to Wordpress. Wordpress is really cool and I’m thinking now why for so long I have been reluctant for the change. I guess that’s just some kind of natural resistance to change, persistent lack of time.
I need to admit I neglected my precious blog for such a long time. No new posts, no updates. I’m planning to change the things a little bit so that my performance and blogging satisfaction is improved. I would like to add some fresh air to my blog- I’ve decided that sticking to just presenting designers and their works is very, VERY limiting. I shouldn’t be limited by anything. From now on I will write about anything which is (but doesn’t have to be) related to the topics which are interesting for me- design, interaction, media, maybe music? We’ll see.
Welcome back and enjoy the new Wordpress look – I have tweaked a little bit the Portfolio Press template so that it resembles the old Blastyle look. During the next weeks I will make sure that all the small details (links, images etc.) are correct.
